Requesting for open source web based application using J2EE

1
Hi, I would like to develop a web based application using J2EE.

An example would be http://seer.cancer.gov/faststats/selections.php?series=cancer. We would like to develop it to function like the example website given.

Any opinions and help are appreciated.

This is not a code writing service but if you post the code you've tried along with a description of the problem, we can help guide you to an answer.

You may use JSF implementation like JBoss rich faces or prime faces. Not sure if they have a tree of check boxes like yours or not but you may double check.
