about HP service manager web service

Hi
We are integrating HP service manager. For that we need to retrieve an updated and newly created incidents from HP service manager. Is there any web service method for this purpose? If so please reply. Thanks in advance.

You should probably read the documentation on the HP service manager to see if they offer an API rather than hoping someone on this forum also happens to use it and knows of one.

Hi
thank you for your reply. We already read the hp service manager documentation. In that they provide methods for creating incidents, retrieve all incidents etc., There is no method for our requirement.
