What does "0x" in Java mean?

Hi all,

Can anyone explain me the meaning of "0x" in Java (Example : 0x00ffffff, 0x000000ff,....)

This indicates the following number is hexadecimal.

0X hexadecimal representation to know more about this use Scientific calculator in windows there you can get values for a Alphabets(ASCII value) in hex.
