Im having some errors while compiling a file

Ok so i get this error while coding my program
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 17

Can any1 give me some help heres the code:

Can you post the code. It looks like you are trying to access an array whose size is less than the index you are trying to fetch.

For example your array may be of size 10 and you are trying to get the value at 12th index(13th element). This causes array index out of bound exception.
