Why deploying java application on glassfish 3.1 returns exception?

I was trying to run the pet catalog sample application which comes with Netbeans IDE 6.9.1 by the time I run it I get the following error message

The error says the table or view does not exist but I can access the database from the IDE

and I have also configured sun-resource.xml so I would appreciate your help
