someone plz help

hi im trouble with java i play an online game and normally i allways play it on high defenition,but now when i start to play it in hd the game goes off and i get an error message saying-(a fatal error has been detected by the java runtime environment)i dont know wat causes that plz if anyone knows wat happened let me know thx.
