How to pass data from one Site/application to other Application

Hi ,

I have application where user enter the his profile detail i want to pass those parameter to another application in the same server .how can achieve this .
can any please help me on this .

Let's start things off by getting more input:

(1) Is this a web application?
(2) Is this a JSP web application?
(3) Is this a JSF web application?

What are you trying to achieve by doing this? If you could give more details that'd be great
