Can anyone put some light on how to receive as an array (or multiple values for same variable) in Java using doPost() method?

Thank you

I'm not familiar with that method or servlets but I've learnt to avoid using arrays as a parameter or return value in functions; seems to be nothing but trouble since old values tend to get stuck on them. Better to use some collection like vector or arraylist instead IMHO.

If you are talking about receiving a Javascript array in a servlet from the request then the method is request.getParameterValues
