Can I use formbean in place of javabean?

Can I use formbean in place of javabean in struts framework..?
Can you please explain difference between JavaBean and FormBean?

Form bean extends from the Javabean,

this example is only used java bean.
I think the uses of java bean and form bean are different.
I think Form bean is part of view layer and Java-Bean is the part of model layer.
But I am little bit confuse How to use these two and How to decide Where I use?
