Having a problem in J2ME

Hi, i am having a problem in J2ME.
I am using NetBeans 6.5 and my mobile is nokia 6600.
I tried to deploy a helloworld applicaton to my device using the CLCD-1.0 and MIDP-2.0 as specified for nokia 6600 but my device throws for me an error "Invalid file format", so i searched on the internet and i found another way to do that, is to use Nokia s60 SDK 2nd Edition (as specified in forum.nokia.com) and my problem is in the integration between netbeans 6.5 and this platform. When i go in netbeans 6.5 to tools->java platforms->Add platform and i choose Java ME MIDP Platform Emulator and i choose the Nokia s60 SDK 2nd Edition package as platform folder, the netbeans detects it but when i click next an error message is thrown "There is no platform selected for installation" and some details are shown "Automatic detection of the selected platform failed. To use the platform inside the IDE you will need to configure it manually as a Custom Java Micro Edition Platform Emulator. You can find this option at the first panel of Add Java Platforms wizard". So i returned and coosed Custom Java Micro Edition Platform Emulator and i am stuck there.
Please any body can help me how to configure it manually as a Custom Java Micro Edition Platform Emulator.
Thamks.

Have you installed Netbeans mobility pack properly? if not then get it http://www.netbeans.org/products/mobility/

As far as nokia 6600 is concerned the application should work properly with CLDC-1.0 and MIDP-2.0,

You using jar or jad file for deploying?

Hm, I'm no expert at J2ME or Netbeans, but this might be something you should better ask our experts in the Mobile Development Area. I'd put it there if I were in your place, but I can fully understand you putting it here too. If you like I'll move this thread there for you.

All that I can come up with about your problem is that the Nokia 6600 should support MIDP 2.0 and CLCD-1.0 acording to GMSArena. However, if you have included other libraries than the J2ME standard ones, that might be why there is an error (although the "Invalid file format" suggests that you may be either sending the wrong file or sending the correct file but to the wrong place).

Greetings,
Nepomuk

Thanks to Nitin646 and Nepomuk for there reply.
For Nitin646 i already have the netbeans 6.5 with the mobility pack, and i deployed both the .jar and the .jad files to my device and they both give me the same error.
For Nepomuk i already posted my thread in the mobile development area, and by the way i deployed a .jar file before specified for the 6600 and it worked perfectly.
Thanks.
