i want to transfer url from the http to https in shopping cart t lossing session . is it possble to do this .

I'm sorry, but your question is not very detailed, you don't write for example what language you're using (I'm guessing it's Java, as this is in the Java Section, but you may have just posted this in the wrong section as far as I know) and your question isn't very clear either - what exactly do you want to do, what have you done so far, etc. We would like to help you, but we'll need more details to do so.

No. It violates the HttpSession rules. When you change the URL at all then you create a new session. The different sessions stay isolated, and can not access each other. You can send String values as part of an HTTP GET or POST request from the HTTP URL to the HTTPS URL.
