Weekly Report validation

Hi ,

i want to validate the date range . it is weekly report . so exact date has to be enterd . pls help me in which way we need to validate weekly reports . is there any java script to enable only 2 days in week .

like i want the user to select from 19 th to 24 th May . before they can view report . they should not select 20th may to 25 th may .
