FloatingDock Class API Download

Hi all, does anyone know where I can find the package containing the FloatingDock class used to create a window such as the windows taskbar? I understand it is in the incubator in the jdic project but can i get the jar so I can try it out?

Do you know about the SystyemTray and TrayIcon classes? They're
part of the SE distribution since Java 1.6.

Yah I know about those but waht i need to use is the FloatingDock class and it's ofcourse not included in any jdk. It is in the jdic project - in incubation and therefore not available in the jdic release. What am asking is, can one get the jar for the projects in incubation if one does not want to wait until the api is included in the jdic release?
