There's a mysterious thing called 'documentation'; from that site where you want
to download Tomcat (or already did) there are also links available to the docs.
Read them.

i am also interesting in tomcat,but how do i get there,do you have any links available to the docs?

All the documentation and links are pretty much bundled with the
Tomcat install packages you get from sun.....

A quick google search will turn up a bunch of 3rd party FAQ's and
install guides also.
