Development of FONTS using Java?

I want to develop my new Fonts using Java. How can I do so? Please provide me the technique along with the code guidelines.

Do you want to create an application to develop TrueType fonts in Java? This would be hard in any language. You can get the specification from the Wikipedia link above.
