how to retriew the data from the excel into the jsp page

hi!
i need to get the value from the excel sheet and display it on the jsp page...
i have no idea about this...so give me some solution regarding this,.,,,,,,,

As MS-Excel is totally different kinda application and it has its own structure, headers etc, we may have to make use of a different third party API to interact with it and give us the content.

Its like a Driver to the database.

I would suggest you can go for 2 different open source APIs.

(1) Apache POI HSSF
(2) JExcel

Just google for the same. You will get a sample tutorial on how to do it also.
