shortcuts are not working on jtextcomponent

Hi

I have connected some forms through short-cut keys.
When i initially enters in the root form, and if the focus in on JtextComponent, the short-cut ctrl-shift-o does not works.
More interesting thing is that if i use some other alphabet than o like (r, s), it works.
And if i have used some other short-cut before like ctrl-shift-r before pressing ctrl-shift-o, the ctrl-shift-o also works.
Is this problem with the API, or code implementation need to be changed

the code implementaion for forms is done in properties file is as follows

for all other short cuts application is behaving fine like r, 1 etc.

is this problem is with jtextcomponent.....
please suggest me some way to come above it.
