What do you mean by jar files for mysql?
When you say you have already written the coding, do you mean that you now have the program connecting to the database and working fine?
And I simply don't know what you mean by add mysql path to class as well.
Perhaps if you can explain your problem again ...

I'm assuming you are having problems using the Connector/J due to class path issues. Since I don't know what issues you are having, I would suggest reading
Connector/J
