mule framework programming

Is there anyone familiar with Mule framweork and Mule documentation ?

http://www.mulesource.com

http:// mule.mulesource.org/display/MULE/Home

1)Create a simple process using mule that receives a number from the console, and return that number multiplied by 2

2)Create a process that watches a directory of your choice in the file system. When ever there is a file with the .txt extension, the process will take that file, send it to your e-mail with the subject "Mail from Mule", and will delete it.

3)Enhance the previous process that will also watch an FTP server installed on you machine (user: tester, password: tester123), and will do the same as the previous step for any .txt file that is created in this FTP. eed to create these tasks :

What should I do ?

Thanks for the help.
