You should give us a bit more information - which server do you mean (have you written it yourself, if so: where does the error point to in the code), when do you get it, what is the StackTrace of that error (if accessible) etc.

Hi
The code is for the sending the email and receiving it from other servers, The web server is orion. Everything is fine it is supporting all the languages but this problem arised for the the mail in Ukrine language and mails coming from hot mail server only.

So, you can recieve mails in Ukrine language from other services than Hotmail? That would be strange.

The Error "UnsupportedEncodingException: koi8-u" suggests, that either Hotmail or Orion do not know the koi8-u alphabet.

If it's Orion having the problem (i.e. recieving ukrainian mails from other mailservers doesn't work either), you would have to install that encoding (although I can't tell you, how to do so).

If it's Hotmail having the problem (i.e. recieving ukrianian mails form other mailservers DOES work), contact Hotmail and tell them to install that alphabet.

That's everything I can think of right now.

Greetings,

Try to capitalize the Charset encoding name "KOI8-U" and see what happens.

kind regards,
