Please guide me , how to upload a file into Sql server database using Jsp page.

Have a look at the bulk insert command (You'll probably need to search SQL server resources rather than Java resources for it). Something like

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. BULK INSERT tableName 
  2.      FROM 'filePath' 
  3.      WITH 
  4.      ( 
  5.           FIELDTERMINATOR = ... 
  6.           ROWTERMINATOR = ... 
  7.      )
