Sorry I really don't get your point. As far as I know, Tomcat and WebLogic are both servers, so if your application is running on one of them, how will you add another server to this environment?
Maybe you need to clarify your question, so that we can offer you some help.
BTW, try the NetBeans provided by the Sun, it is really a good IDE plus with a bundled Tomcat server so you can test your code directly.
