How do you stream audio in Java?

Dear All,

I am planning to write a program in Java language - Client Server; where in two clients can call each other if the have the application installed.

It's like dialing a computer, provided both have the software. Can any one out there comment on which API shall help me out to achive this funcationality in my java program?

regards,
