Pls urgent Calculation

pls give java code for this Calculation :

Premium for 1 year (For members who have joined the group before policy issuance):

Basic Premium (A) = (Basic Rate * SA/1000 or SA/100000Round up(Basic rate * Sum Assured/1000 )
where basic premium includes Premium +Stamp
Duty. )
Service Tax (B)=) =Round up (Basic Premium * 12.24%12.36%)
Gross Premium ( C )= A + B
Pls. note that premium per member will be taken at two decimal points without any upward or downward rounding. Rounding will happen at the group level to the nearest rupee ( less than or equal to 0.5 lower and greater than 0.5 higher rupee)

SA= SumAssured
