So what is the problem? What format do you need them printed? Are you able to extract the data from the labels and textboxes? What have you done so far and what is stopping you from completing the task (errors)?

I have created print statement which prints all values in a single line. but i need the same in perticular format, eg

Name:xxxxxCompany:xxxxxxDepatment:xxxxxx: Currently it is printing this way

Required :

Heading

Name: xxxxxxx space space Company: xxxxxxx

Department: xxxxxxxxx space Gross Salary: xxxxx space Net Salary: xxxxxxx

space space space xxxxxxxx
space space space Signature
