hi .,
i am new to java.in it i had a doubt.
In c&c++ we had the "clrscr" keyword to refresh the output window.
How we do this in java ?.Is there any keywords?
Not all computers are PCs; there are tons of VMS, AIX, HPUX etc. machines
out there that don't even *have* an output window. Java is a platform independent
programming language/system that can't implement PC specific things such as
a 'clrscr' function/method. Have a look at the Swing framework instead that
allows you to build graphical user interfaces in a platform independent way.
kind regards,
Jos
ps. the 'clrscr' function is therefore not part of the C/C++ Standard either.
