I need org.omg.dds package for a project but I couldn't download it from anywhere.
there is a package summary but it can not be downloaded...

Are you looking for JacORB or an OMG DDS package? JacORB is here: http://www.jacorb.org/ and the open source version of the OMG DDS package from OCI is here: http://www.opendds.org/index.html.
