Problems with project.

Hi Everyone:
I have a problem with my project. I'm using Eclipse and it I don't know what is going on.
As I working on my Project it will give me errors, At one time I thought I had only two errors. I would try to correct the problems (getting advice from "thescripts) and the problems would be fixed. But if I would add a script to my project, suddenly errors would show up, if I took out the script that I just put in the errors would still show and if I do a save they disappear. If I take out or add a char. the errors will show up....
This is driving me crazy....
What is going on.
I figure these errors are real and some how I need to correct them...
Any help and advice would be great....

You realize there is a difference between "Java" and "Javascript"? I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say you added a "script" to your project. What kind of problem are you getting in eclipse? What are you trying to do with eclipse that some error will not let you accomplish?

Sorry RedSon...
Wrong word Script... I'm use Eclipse for Java.
I'm trying to correct Arraylist problems.
example
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. public class Employee {
  2.     static ArrayList<Employee> employ;
  3.     int empid = employ.size();
Part of my scanner
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.     public static Employee inputEmployee() {
  2.         Employee temp = null;
  3.
  4.         //prompt for data
  5.
  6.         Scanner input_flag = new Scanner(System.in);
  7.         System.out.println("Enter Employee Id Number AB1234==>");
  8.         String empid = input_flag.next();
  9. //need to add find section here
  10.         System.out.print("Enter Last Name Doe==>");
  11.         String ln = input_flag.next();
I get this message The field employ cannot be declared static; static fields can only be declared in static or top level types

and here
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.     // make an object
  2.     temp = new Employee(empid,ln,fn,st,ct,zp,yw,pr);
  3.     return temp;
I get this message
The constructor Employee_listing.Employee(String, String, String, String, String, String, Integer, Double) is undefined

So if I rename employ most of the errors are going, but if I remove a ; then I put it back the errors will show up again.

did that make sense....
