Invoking JAR file

Hi,
I am having a problem invoking a JAR file. I had created a Java package using Eclipse and I can run it under Eclipse. I want to create a JAR file that can be invoked by a double click..

My Manifest file looks like this,

Manifest-Version: 1.0
Created-By: 1.4.2_04 (Sun Microsystems Inc.)
Class-Path: C:\Java\jdk\lib\comm.jar
Main-Class: com.in.st.control.MainProg

And my folder settings are pointing to,
C:\java\jdk\bin\javaw.exe -jar "%1" "%*"

can any one help me understand why am I not able to open this .jar file on a double click.. is there any classpath settings to be changed/set.

any help would be highly appreciated.

thanks
Domnic
