Use an EXISTING DLL in JAVA

Hi there every1. I Know the topic has been mentioned a million times but im still confused and i seriously need some help.

I want to use a existing DLL in my java progrm, but everything i read about it includes JNI, but my biggest problem is that i dont have any experience in C++.
Is there a way i could load the DLL with out using JNI or having to create a new DLL?

If there is could some1 please send me a example.
