I don't know which server r u using but i can tell u with tomcat
for that first u have to download the plugin
copy that plugin in the eclipse plugin folder
ie where u have installed ecilpse there will be folder called plugin
this is the plugin which i m using
com.sysdeo.eclipse.tomcat_3.2.0.beta3
you can get this from internet
Then restart the eclipse
go to windows - preference
you will see tomcat option give the path of tomact
you will see start stop and restart icon on eclipse tool bar
after setting tomcat with eclipse ...
when you create new project you will get a option ..for
tomcat project also ... this will automatically create all the required folder
xml files ... etc ... after that u can edit that n make ur required changes
