Signature in PDA phone, ask for help!!!!

48
Dear friends,

This is concerning about my project.Im trying to develop an e-signature application and interface it with a PDA phone. My application function is very basic. My idea is to attached a digitalized handwritten signature to a document. This a low-level design with minimal security.I only want to protect the signature with password whereby only the signer can gain acess to his/her signature.

The signature can be formed using paint etc..I really need some urgent advice on developing this application asap. Any creative ideas or ways that i can develope this application?Any realiable source or information that i can dig in?I would certainly be pleased if there's anyone willing to guide me in creating and enhancing this application using Java.

The reason that i choose to use Java is because most of the phone supported Java. But there is still a problem, what program should i choose to open my document?

Thank you. Hope someone can reply me as soon as possible.

Best regards

Most of this is Greek to me. But if you want to run Java applications on a mobile phone, then you must have a look at J2ME as one starting point.

J2ME enables the building of Java applications for "micro devices"(i.e devices with limited display and memory support, such as mobile phones,PDA's etc.)

you can check it out at sun's website here ..
