hook a thread in JVM

I did C for 3 years then i saw that a code can be hooked in memory after the program terminates.Which is called TSRS.Is not any funda in JAVA...
a thread can be hooked whenever i want and release it from JVM.
My actual intention is to listen native process informations so that i can trap that informations through my normal JAVA program.
