Allocation of groups to users...

hi ,
I have a simple application where there are seven groups which four users can access .Now an user can have access to one or more groups ..say user1 has access to group 1 and group 3.Also the SuperUser/Admin should have access to all the groups and also he should be able to add/delete users and also give access rights to other users for these groups.

Please a suggest a solution to achieve this .

I do have a table with all the User details , only I am not able to decide on the column details.
Hope this explaination will suffice , if not please let me know .

regards,
sapphire.
