How to execute more than one dos command in Java???

i want to convert a perl program to java.... for that i want to know how to execute more than one command in dos mode using java without going to tat dos prompt... for eg.. load english rules...
this is one of the commands which i want to execute....

you could use a sequence of exec() method calls from RunTime see

or create a DOS batch file and execute it with in exec() call
