Importing a picture into java

Hi i was wondering if it is possible to import a jpeg picture file for it to be displayed in java. If it is possible, can sum1 plz help me with the code.

I assume you mean in a wibndows environmen (that is using swing and awt ???)

It is possible. Read a tutorial, write some code and post it. We can then help from there

You are not being very honest here. The sun site has a free java tutorial which anyone can read. You know I could actually post the code right now but I'm not sure if that's best for you.
