Turkish character problem

Hi,
I have a two pade html,jsp.I make inserting form(text,buton) in html and I send jsp form(<form method="Post" action="ekleme.jsp">) but sending variable (turkish character) don't show well. Static pade don't have problem

I don't understand this url. I have problem Turkish characters inserting and updating to Mysql via JSP but If I want to insert manually inserting there is no problem.I think problem should be Mysql-Jdbc driver but I don't know how to configure this driver. If you know this please help me.............

Are you able to insert/update other characters(say english alphabet characters) into the database?
