Doubt in Oracle Query

Hai,
I am having two tables. one is login table and another one is newemployee table.

Login Table:
create table Login(UserType varchar(30),Usename varchar(30),Password varchar(30),Username datetime,LogoutTime datetime,LoginDate datetime)

NewEmployee Table:
create table NewEmployee(Title varchar(30),FullName varchar(30),IdNo varchar(10),Category varchar(50),Department varchar(50),EmploymentType varchar(30),Subadmin varchar(30))

what i want is, i want to select the details of Username,LogoutTime, LoginDate in Login table where Username="aa" and Fullname in NewEmployee table where
subamin="aa"

but where are these two tables connected?

you didnt make any foreign key,did you?
