Java errors on open view service desk 4.5, SP 17

I’m a service desk 4.5 administrator & I have a lot of java errors on our servers & SD application so kindly check below errors & waiting your help:

“Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError” & “java.lang.NullPointerException”
It would probably help to have the code, as NullPointerException is one of the most common Java errors...

The OutOfMemoryError probably means you ran out of heap space (this just happened to me), and you can either increase how much java is allowed to use on your computer, or install more. if you're going to increase it, check out Start->Settings->Control Panel->Java->Java(tab)->Java Applet Runtime Settings->View-> and then in the box all the way on the right, the Runtime Parameters, you can increase the heap by using -Xmx## where ## is the number you want for your heap. I think (please correct me if I'm wrong) it starts at 256 as default.
