How can I change the code?

Hi!

I've used a javascript to make photos open in a separate fixed frame. Every time the mouse goes over the link it displays complete link and it's ugly! ;-)
Can you please help me to change the message so it would display only the ling www.../ toys or just a message TOYS.

The script is
<a href="javascript:windowHandle = window.open('toys.html','Toys','top=50,left=50,wid th=807,height=615, scrollbars=no'); windowHandle.focus()">
