Java problem

I'm having problems running what seems like all Java applets and programs.
Java applets in Internet Explorer do not load while I'm trying to install
software using java and I get the error message "could not utilize start
class: com.installshield.wizard.Wizard"

I'm runninf Sun Java 1.5 Update 9 and Windows XP SP2. Does anyone know what
could be causing this problem or have seen it before?

Thanks for you help

You have to be more specific on what you are trying to run in IE. Can
not understand you have to tell us what you are doing in a more
itemized way. Like the steps you are doing.

I'm sorry. The main problem is running a game demo in Windows. I downloaded
a ZIP file containing a EXE file and a JAR file. When I run the EXE file to
install the demo but each time I do this I recieve the error message "could
not utilize start class: com.installshield.wizard.Wizard" I have tried
running the file in Safe Mode and also tried disabling my anti virus
software. I am definatly running the file as admin.

I hope this is clearer and thank you for any help
