j2me on palm - transferring data to PC

I have written a j2me application using IBM device developer that runs on the palm 1550. I am able to store the data into the database on the palm.

I am having problems sending that data in a text file to the PC. I have been looking into conduits. I have learned a lot of the pieces by searching the web and have purchased three books on the subject but cannot seem to put it all together.

Does anyone know where I could get a detailed and complete sample j2me application?

thanks
