I have only uploaded my j2me application to a Palm Device (If You need
insight into that I can explain), You can use any IDE to pakage your
application to a JAD file , Utilities like Netbeans, Jbuilder, and to
actually download i unto your device there are many ways, The most common is
uploading the Jad File unto a web server and having your internet enabled
phone access that Site, then you have to download the appliation unto your
phone, the second method is since you have a j2me enabled phone , there is
always some kind of USB device which enables you to connect your phone to
your desktop then you can transfer the JAD file

You might have to make a proper .jad file,
they're sort of the mobile jnlp file, that defines where the jar is
located, the size in bytes and vendor and so on and so on.
Never made my own, but if you have the mobility thing for netbeans, I
think that will take care of it for you, but I'm not 100% sure.
