jndi parameters for derby

I just intalled the j2ee 5 and trying to run the pet store example.
I have deployed. When I go to http://localhost:8080/petstore
the top page apears. However, when i tried to populate the
database for this example the following error occurs.
I think I need to set up the JNDI, but how it's done?
