Ameritrade Streamer on linux

Has anybody here seen the streamer that Ameritrade has? Its an applet
that pops up a window. I've gotten it to work on Konqueror, Mozilla, and
Firefox bug on all three browsers I can't see the tabs that appear on
top in the settings screen. Is this a bug on the linux version of java?

I do notice that the "This is a java applet" warning appears on top of
the window in linux while on windows it appears on the bottom. Has
anybody else experienced this?
