WAR file created on Windows vs. *NIX

I have recently moved some code from a Mac (OS X v. 10.2) to a Windows
XP machine. I have never had trouble creating a war file before, using
jar, and my war files all deployed successfully (To a separate RedHat
box). After moving the code over, suddenly my war files created on the
Windows machine will no longer deploy. The initial error is merely
"failed to deploy". After that, JBoss throws errors because the files
it should have deployed are not there. Has anyone had similar troubles
using jar on a Windows vs. *NIX machine?
