Servlet from jsp

I have a servlet that connects to a database, and gets some data that I
want to present on a jsp page. The servlet is located in a folder called
servlets, and works fine when invoced alone. However, when i try to
include it in the jsp with the following tag, I get an error message.

<jsp:include page="/servlets/db">
<jsp:param name="paramName" value="paramValue" />
</jsp:include>

what is wrong?

Thank you.
