objective oriented question

I have a large golf related class (called "Parameters.java") containing
about 50 variables. These variables can be grouped in related sets and
are accessable via gets and sets. Another programmers would like to
access them as classes grouped by related factors, so using the example
below, there might be a class called CourseFactors. What would be the
best way to have the subclasses constructed so as to minimize
maintenance, upfront coding, code duplicity etc. Let me know if more
info is needed. Thanks - Lou
public class Parameters
{
\\ course factors
double sandFactor;
double roughFactor;
double fairwayFactor;
int greenRoll;
int

\\ golfer factor
double pathDeviation;
double puttingFactor;
int longestClub;
double strategyFactor;
