Memory usage of my application ?

Tux

I dispose and set to null JFrame, also JPanels of my application set to null
and everything create again.
The memory usage of my application grows every time I do that.
Why?

Obviously no one understand my question.
I'm trying to everything set to null and create it again with the new
database.
BUT, after that, when I press Ctrl-Alt-Del I see that memory usage of java
application has been grow up, although I open the same database.
