Java hosting

Does anyone have any experience with those cheapo 10-15$ per
month java hosting offers (without renting your own dedicated
server)? Are they reliable?

Is there quality support available for applications that are supposed
to have high up-time?

Any recommendations? Good - bad experiences?

www.lunarpages.com and www.midphase.com are two that I have used and had
reasonably good service.
lunarpages.com has Resin 2.x for the JSP/ Servlet container.
midphase.com has Tomcat 5.x for the JSP/ Servlet container.

regards,
Steve
